If you are unhappy with your item please email mail@dinosanchez.com within 3 days of receiving your order describing the reason for your return. Please indicate if you would like a refund or replacement item. We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds or replacement items will be issued if:
- You have received damaged or incorrect items
- Items are returned in sellable condition
- Items are returned within 14 days of receipt

We will not accept returns if items indicate signs of use or damage from use. In such cases, items will be returned to the purchaser. Please be sure to securely pack goods as we do not claim responsibility for items in transit. If a return is accepted, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item as soon as possible. We do not refund shipping costs. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you. We display our products as accurately as possible on our website. However different computers display different colors, so we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs shown. As many of our products are made of natural wood, we cannot account for variations in grain, color, knots or other markings and do not accept returns on the basis of natural variations.
