Dino Sanchez LLC is respectful of your privacy. When placing an order with Dino Sanchez LLC your personal information, such as name, address, zip code, email, and credit card information will be required. Your information is stored securely and will only be used to process orders, as well as facilitate delivery and returns. We do not save your credit card information. No members outside of Dino Sanchez LLC will have access to this information, nor will this information be shared with third parties except for the purposes of processing credit card transactions, fulfilling orders, and shipping and delivery.

Dino Sanchez LLC takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, however you accept the inherent security risks of providing information on-line and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence. Pricing

Prices on our website are accurate and up to date. Prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to change prices at our discretion. We honor pricing at the time of order and in cases of custom quotations and projects, we honor pricing for thirty (30) days from which the quotation was issued.

Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in our pricing and vary depending on location. We will provide an estimate when orders are placed to provide you with a sense of costs. Shipping pricing is subject to change and we reserve the right to reflect those prices at the time of delivery. Lead times do not include shipping transit times. When your order is ready to ship, we will reach out to arrange shipping and delivery options with exact costs and timing. We ship domestically and internationally.

Payment & Cancellations

We require payment to be processed in full before initiating production of your order. Orders cancelled within one (1) business day will be fully refunded. Because the nature of our work is made-to-order, we do not keep inventory or restock for resale. We do not accept returns and issue refunds after the one (1) business day cancellation window.

Warranty of Our Work

Our work carries a lifetime warranty for quality and materials and we will do what is necessary to ensure your satisfaction. Upholding this warranty is at the sole discretion of Dino Sanchez LLC and any necessary replacement or repair must be performed at our studio. This warranty will be voided if any unauthorized repairs, modifications, incorrect installations are made to the work or through failure to follow proper care instructions provided by Dino Sanchez LLC. Additionally, damages from weather, misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. As many of our products are made of natural wood and materials, we cannot account for variations in grain, color, knots, or any other natural markings or variations.

Damage Claims

Upon receipt of our work, proper examination of the work must be made. You must notify us of any damages within forty-eight (48) hours. After this period, we will no longer accept claims or liability for repair or replacement. You must retain all packaging during this time, which will ensure safe and efficient returns or prove liability on the shipping carrier if damage was done during transit. Dino Sanchez LLC does not claim responsibility for damages incurred during installation and will not honor repairs or replacement without added costs and timing.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and all purchases hereunder shall be governed by and construed under the law of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. You agree that the courts of Pennsylvania shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the parties for all disputes. Venue shall lie exclusively and only in the state and federal courts in Media, Pennsylvania. Except in the case of nonpayment, neither party may institute any action in any form arising out of these Terms and Conditions more than one (1) year after the cause of action has arisen. These terms apply to your transaction with Dino Sanchez LLC. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted and kept up to date to the best of our ability.
