A ground-up re-envisioning of Bread Alone’s original bakery and café located at the foothills of the Catskill Mountains. The new bakery is carbon neutral, running 100% on renewable energy. The design honors Bread Alone’s long standing symbiosis with the region and its commitment to the environment. Topographical features create a rhythm that nods to the contours of the mountains, framing various viewpoints for guests to connect within nature. Custom furniture fills the space designed by Piotr and Dino.
